Coffee Coffee Coffee

This website explains how coffee is affecting our chemical imbalances. I don't believe that coffee is the problem. i think that the problem is that people associate Starbucks, WaWa, Dunkin Doughnuts with coffee. Those places do not serve coffee, they serve sugared beverages that act as the caffinated beverage that we all know and love. Coffee by itself is healthy when consumed in moderation. Many people drink it to minimize the pain of headaches, or to clear their chest. i think when consumed in the way teenagers consume it today, it is NOT healthy. We become addicted. Although many joke about this addiction, it is actually very serious. Try not drinking that starbucks lattee every week, i guarentee you find yourself thinking about it. that is because your body is craving all of the sugar put into that lattee. this could become a health hazard. too much coffee can cause teeth decoloration or desire pangs. We can enjoy a lattee every once in a while, but make sure you don't depend on it. Bottom line is that coffee on its own can be good for you, when sugared and processed, it can become dangerous. http://www.chemicallyimbalanced.org/
